郑水兴梦想激励讲座会《我就是不一样》于6月23日在雪州 Top Happiness Grand Ballroom, Mines 2 首办。这六小时的讲座获得了近300人的踊跃参与与支持下圆满落幕。

这一场讲座会结合了郑水兴这一生最疯狂的故事，他期望能用他的故事去激励他的观众变得拥有“不一样”的想法和活力。这激励讲座会共分四个标题进行分别为 “我的人生，我的哲学”、“校园生活，激励人生”，“房地产与企业”和“成功的梦想”。

《我就是不一样》激励讲座会是由 Swhengtee 国际集团主办以及由《大马房地产》杂志和《亚洲地产评论》杂志为协办单位。此外，这个讲座是由 1st Mortgage Hotline Sdn Bhd，SYNC Management Sdn Bhd 和 Arborland 连同赞助。

郑水兴，也被称为水兴浪在此激励讲座会上配合了Corey Hart的《Never Surrender》这首歌分享了自己的永不放弃的人生哲学观。除此之外，郑水兴也分享了自己生活上遇到的瓶颈和最难忘的挑战。

他也诉说着，其实华人很穷，都是靠奋斗与努力争取才拥有机会出国留学。当中也分享了对于一个过去很穷的他，到底经历过什么才能争取出国留学的机会。被称为房地产教父的郑水兴也说出了在这行业遇见的失败和房地产如何在他不屈不饶的努力下改变了他自己的生活。

郑水兴也邀请了对他生命有影响的人物为特别嘉宾如：有名风水大师 Master Sandy Paw、Agnes Wong、“房地产百万富翁就是你”电视真人秀参选者等为观众们分享他们对郑水兴的想法与故事。
